Isn't this a beautiful card?
This is by Donna Mikasa and is the muse for this week's CASE Study.
I loved the shimmery gold and the black off set card base.
I used a new stamp set from The Alley Way Stamps that I won from Tracy over at Tracy Mae Designs. I cut white cardstock with the Tipped Tops from PIT, stamped the border in VersaMark, embossed with gold and inked with three Distress Inks. "birthday " was cut three times from a PIT die and glued together. The small "wishes" is part of a stamp from. . . darn, I can't remember - and I know I'll want it again.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope the weather isn't keeping you in. But if it is, I hope you get some crafting time. (wink)

Isn't Donna such a fabulous Muse? Love your card, the gold diamond pattern is fantastic! BTW you did not use too many 'rights', thank you for all your sweetness!
ReplyDeleteI love this, Bobby! The gold embossing is gorgeous and the subtle shades add just the right touch. And the black sets it off beautifully!

ReplyDeleteLOVE the blue & gold combination - what a great stamp!
ReplyDeleteBobby--this is fabulous. I think that you and I had exactly the same idea, just slightly different stamps. I even die cut my letters three times and stacked them!
