Time Out #315 - Pick Two

There is a fun and appropriate Pick Two challenge at Time Out this fortnight.

You can use as many as you want as long as there are at least two on your card.  I went with Summer, Beach and Water.

I've had that water patterned paper since back in my scrapbooking days and it worked great for my ocean/lake.  The edges were torn to represent the foamy waves and they are washing up on sand patterned paper.  The gulls and other nautical images are from Spellbinder's Oh Buoy set and the sentiment is from Stamplorations.

Our sponsor for this challenge is Newton's Nook and they are sending our winner a $25 store credit.  The winner is also invited to be a guest designer, so get making those cards.

If you need inspiration, the Design Team has plenty for you on the blog.

I'm betting the waves were really 'foamy' last evening, Bobby! Hope you weathered the storm without any damage! Heck, maybe you didn't even get it! lol
I love your beachy scene!

This is a perfect beach scene, and a terrific way to use that "old" paper! Love the little seagulls (I'd much rather enjoy the paper ones) and how they're each doing their own thing, together

Very clever how you've done the waves washing up on the beach Bobby! Fabulous composition! Hugs, Kate!

Your papers sure se the scene in motion Bobby! And the Oh Buoy die cuts complete the beach so well. I really like this use of them!

Your waves look just like they have foamy tops with that torn edge and the sand paper is perfect. A great scene you created Bobby. Love it.

That water looks so refreshing, Bobby! The torn edges work great for foam and I'm loving those seagulls!
