Just Us Girls #394

Color challenges can sometimes be. . .well. . . a challenge for me.  This time I had an idea immediately when I saw Judy's choice for Color Week at Just Us Girls.
I pulled out my Geo Builders from Catherine Pooler and made this using Altenew inks.
I won't tell you how many ended up in the recycle bin before I could get everything lined up right.  The sentiment from HA looks like a different color but that's only because I sparkle embossed it.  I mean I had to have some dazzle didn't I? ;)

Now it's our turn to see what you do with lime, turquoise and navy.  Need some inspiration?  My teammates and guest designer Kathie Durgan have cards waiting for you over on the blog.  You may be chosen Chic of the Week and have a chance to be a guest designer.

Curtain Call - Fluff

One last card before I'm off on vacation.  You'll see a number of scheduled posts while I'm gone and I will be taking some stamped images and my Zigs so I'll have some things to make when I get home.

This card is for Curtain Call.  I knew I had the right stamp for this and made it in a hurry amongst the packing.

I used Geo Builders from Catherine Pooler and the lightest of the three blue Altenew inks.  The label is from Avery Elle with a sentiment from PTI embossed in silver.  I never use brads any more but the label needed something and these were the exact color, despite what you see on screen, of the bottom ink.

Thanks for dropping by.  Keep on crafting and hopefully I'll be able to comment.  If not I'll see you when I get back.
