Muse: Christmas Visions #84

I almost forgot that Muse:Christmas Visions went to a bi-weekly format until I looked at my challenge list.  My card has been done but I've been posting for other challenges thinking I had plenty of time for this one.

Kimberly Weiner is the Muse for this challenge and she made this lovely card.

I have the same SSS die cut ornament so I used that for my card with a different background.

A Distress Oxide smooshed background to be specific, which I mounted on some Spring Moss cs. The ornament and TH sentiment are cut from from gold paper.  I love smooshing those DOX inks.  You get such great layering and sometimes surprising results.

    I absolutely LOVE the artsy feel of this card. I would so make these for Christmas cards...simple and fast and really, really cool!!

    A very artistic Christmas card in unusual colors! The background looks awesome and goes so well with that gold ornament!

    Fabulous ornament die and that background is awesome. I haven't mastered those oxide inks yet.

    The gold ornament looks so crisp against that fun background. I'm really happy MCV has moved to a bi-weekly format. I have missed so many deadlines due to the monthly format, thinking I had plenty of time...
