S fold Cauldrons

While doing some house cleaning today, I decided to get out my few Halloween decorations.  I'd really like to do more but Oscar ( what I call my husband when he's grouchy) said no to cornstalks.  I can have fun with cards, though, and sendthem to my grandchildren.

I made a card for the CardzTV challenge - Soo Ssspooky, make an S fold card - and while I was at it I made a second one like it and found two other challenges to enter them into.

The cauldron is cut from the Happy Hauntings cartridge.  It actually had a handle and flame but I cut that part off.  I used the Swiss Dots embossing folder on it and cut the bubbling brew from a purple shimmer paper that I embossed with Divine Swirls.  The print paper is from a Cloud 9 Seasonal Stack.

The sentiment is computer generated and printed on the background paper so that it doesn't show beyond the cauldron.  It needed something else so I added a little bling with some rhinestones I colored with a purple marker.

I also liked this other paper from the stack so I made a second card.

Because the background was a print, I printed the sentiment on another piece of paper and cut it out using Elegant Edges and center point on my Cricut.

The other challenges I am entering these into are
Paper Playtime #85 Trick or Treat - use a die
My Craft Spot #71- Boo to You
