WOYWW

I have been telling myself for weeks that I should join in on the fun blog - What's on Your Workdesk?Wednesday.  A couple of weeks ago I even took the picture of my desk but never got around to posting.  After seeing host Julia's desk and Darnell's, I ran right in a took a picture to post.

Next time I'll take the picture earlier in the morning so the sun, lovely sun, doesn't make the can in the middle look like it's glowing. This is the right side of my L shaped desk which has a table underneath that I pull out for extra space.  This is especially helpful when I'm sewing (sewing machine on shelf below).

On the left is my Cricut, with the drawer from my cube below it holding the cartridges and manuals. In the middle is my Silhouette Portrait.  I won the Portrait from Linda Kaiser at The Paper Boutique.  Have I learned to use it yet?  No.  I did print out the pages of the manual I thought I would need most and that's as far as I've gotten.

The strip of red is vellum on a card for this week's Retro Sketches. Standing behind is my card for Less is More and beside it the one I posted for Fusion today.  I'll be back in tonight to do some homework for the His & Hers online class I'm taking.

Thanks for stopping by.  Please leave a comment so I know you were here.

Yippee, look who I see!! Welcome to the cray-cray WOYWWorld, Bobby!! You area looks fantastic!

(Psst. The host is Julia, if you want to go back in and edit your post. Also, God bless you for telling me about the vellum adhesive that works!!)

Thanks for the head's up on the name goof. I don't know where Jan came from but I've changed it. And "you're welcome" on the adhesive. It's not specifically for vellum and that's the best part.

I spy a portrait! Just watch the instructional video on the portrait it's super easy and explains everything in 10 min. I set up my machine today by doing that. If you have any questions on installation let me know. Happy woyww :)

Love the desk shot, and welcome to WOYWW.
If you need any help getting to grips with your Silhouette, go join up at UKSCRAPPERS forum. They have a whole section for these machines, and once you've been a member for a month( its free), you get access to all the cutting files the members post up, all free for your own use. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #80 xx

Love your desk. And I like your drawer - it looks like one I have my stamps stored in at my desk. I didn't even think about using it for 6 X 6 paper - brilliant. April #122

G'day Bobby
Due to my sore hands I am even slower then usual at getting around but here I am at last. As I can't create even though I have time off I decided to get to as many WOYWW players as I could till Sunday :o). I've only been doing WOYWW for a few weeks myself. I really enjoy it. Love your busy art space. I have no idea what a Portrait machine is LOL....hope you work it out :o)
hugs
