HB 2 LIM

Less is More is celebrating their 3rd birthday so I made them a birthday card.  The challenge this week is "rainbow".  I must say my card came about by accident.  I had an entirely different idea in mind when I started out.  I took my A2 size pieces of ROY G BIV colors and proceeded to cut curves at the top of them with the curved edge die by SSS.   I was playing with the layers to see how I could put them on the card in an interesting way when I looked down and saw the "leftovers" sprinkled on my desk.  Whoa! That makes a good rainbow card, too.

I added some Wink of Stella to give it a more celebratory feel and of course added the appropriate sentiment from Paper Smooches. Happy Birthday, LIM, and may you continue on for years to come.

Thanks for stopping by to visit.  Maybe you'll see my original rainbow card on here one day.

Great idea for a card. I call it serendipity when that happens to me. Great fun, when it does.

This is such a cool technique, Bobby!! I love your take on the rainbow challenge. How fun that it came about by accident too!

I'm sorry that I've missed commenting on so many of your wonderful creations. I've just had a peek through them. I'm jealous of your C&S cards!! It's been a very difficult couple of weeks and I needed to focus on family. It's been a treat to pop by and visit though. My spirits are always uplifted during my time at your blog. :)
