LIM #160

When I saw the recipe at Less is More this week, use metal,  my original thought was something masculine.   Somewhere along the line I made a big U turn.

My daughter had given me these heart shaped paper clips and that was the beginning of my card.   Using a Heidi Swapp stencil, I used tinted embossing paste for the hearts.  When I decided to emboss the HA sentiment in silver, I used my silver marker to color the white heart.  A couple of flags sewn on with threads hanging and my card is done.

Thanks for stopping by.  Happy creating.

I like this and even have the stencil. Love the look for an anniversary card. Light and airy.

Definitely took a turn away from masculine, and good for you. This card is so pretty, and definitely all girl.

Bobby, seriously, your tinted paste hearts are awesome! What a perfect anniversary card. You could easily turn it into a wedding card too, it's got that light happy feel to it.

I love the pink hearts! I haven't tried the tinting technique yet, but I see that in my future! This is an amazing card, Bobby!
