Just Us Girls #259

I'm back designing at Just Us Girls  again this week for their color challenge.  And challenge it was.  I must admit I don't do well with color challenges and this one had me working for days to find the right elements I was happy with.

Pink is not really my color but I thought, well how about some flowers.  I made a few but then couldn't decide how to implement them on the card.  I thought about using the curved die from Avery Elle to nestle the flowers in but that didn't look right.  So I nixed the flowers but kept the curved die idea and came up with this.

I used a lot of different products on this baby - the aforementioned curved die, my NBUS frame from SSS, my only-used-once pinstripe background stamp from MFT, and a stamp from Penny Black.  Oops, there's also my linen cover plate from PTI and a couple of sequins.

Now it's time to head over to Just Us Girls and see what the Design Team has in store for your inspiration.

Thanks for stopping by.  I love when you visit and even more so when you leave a comment.
