I'm not sure about the style of this card. I thought it was clean and layered until I just re-read that description. I don't have much "white" space. I suppose it could be free style collage since there are a number of different elements. If it doesn't qualify, it's okay. I'm still wishing this innovative challenge and it's creator, Lesley Croghan, a Happy Anniversary.
And besides, all is not lost because it does fit with this week's Freshly Made Sketches. Sort of.
I did a square shape because I just HAD to break out my newly-arrived-Friday SSS Stitched Squares. A little stamp from Penny Black colored with Distress Inks, and a Hero Arts sentiment embossed on vellum, all foam mounted on some SSS paper and it's done.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful week.
So pretty. Love your painted stripes. I spotted this on the Freshly Made Sketches challenge.
ReplyDeleteI think the style of your card is 'classy and lovely'! The new supplies have made a stunning debut, and your distress ink flowers...oh my! Happy sighhh...
