CASology # 131, SCYS #7 and STB

As the snow piles up outside, I'm warm and comfy in my craft room.  I'm going to show you the inspiration for my card first. It's from ShowCASe Your Style and it's my first time playing in their challenge.

I love hot air balloons, have been to several festivals and even went for a ride for my 50th birthday.  Alas I have no hot air balloon stamps or dies so I settled for just plain balloons - as opposed to hot air ones.  The balloons themselves are not plain.

The background is an ef from Darice, the balloons from SSS, the patterned paper from MME and the sentiment from Stampdendous.

I'm also sending this to CASology and Seize the Birthday - anything goes.

Thanks for stopping by.  Your visits and comments are always appreciated.

  11. You're right: nothing plain about those balloons! Colours, patterns, the curly strings...charming! And then placing them in the midst of puffy white clouds...ack! Awesome!
