Sometime sketch challenges can be difficult but this one from CAS(E) This Sketch is a great one.
There is so much inspiration from the design team and those that have already posted to the gallery. Why not go check them out. But not before you see my card.
The flower from Winnie and Walter is watercolored with Distress Ink. I embossed some vellum with a border folder, added the Hero Arts sentiment embossed in silver, then put it all on Fog cs from SSS. I also used a trick from Loll from Stamping with Loll to curve the images. You can see her video here. I don't have a stylus big enough so I used the end of a paintbrush which worked just fine, although I will be buying a bigger stylus. :)
Edited to add: At the urging of Carol Mayne, I'm also entering this card over at the Uniko Studios May Challenge - Flowers.
Thanks for stopping by.

You did a great job using Loll's video, Bobby! It's really cool how much pizzazz it adds, isn't it?! I just love hydrangeas and you know I adore vellum, so this card had me at hello!! Hugs, Darnell
Oh my...swooning is usually reserved for butterfly cards, but in the case of this stunning beauty you've created, it's happening right. now! Gorgeous hydrangea, marvelous use of vellum (which I love on other people's cards!) and the oh-so-pretty whisper of embossing. LOVE this!
Hugs~c
Just gorgeous! Love Hydrangeas, too - and the shaping really does add wonderful dimension...

I'm off to check out that stamp at Winnie & Walter...
Dang girl! Had to pop over to Loll's and see the technique. Your flower and leaves are amazing, and they do have so much dimension!! Absolutely gorgeous card. Might have to try this one of these days. Love it! Bev
This is just gorgeous. I need to add this W&W set to my long wish list. I just love how you colored it. Your embossed vellum is so striking too.
So pretty Bobby! Love your beautiful bloom ... so pretty and soft with the watercolouring. The embossing on vellum is perfect. I don't remember ever doing that ... will give it a try. xx
Gaspingly gorgeous, Bobby ... that hydrangea is stunning ... so much dimension ... beautiful with that delicate vellum! Anita :)
