Just Us Girls #295 and OCC

The challenge at Just Us Girls is paper piecing.  I did a card with this technique a while ago and really liked the outcome so here we go again.

I stamped the Penny Black flower in HA Cup O' Joe on 3 1/2" by 7" white cardstock and then several on red and purple paper from my stash.  I fussy cut the flower layers, inked the edges and glued them down, raising the top edges with foam tape.

Thanks for stopping by.  Your visit and comments are always appreciated.

  6. Sorry, stamp - not die. I meant to say stamp. I hate it when my ginfers have a mind of their own!!

  7. WOW...your poppies are stunning, Bobby... the colours, the layers, the shading...incredible! Jennifer McGuire did a recent video on adding 'dimension' to die cuts, and I think your cards are every bit as gorgeous -and even more - as hers are! Elegance and class...
