Sometimes it seems the simpler the sketch, the more difficult it is for me to come up with a card. This week's CAS(E) This Sketch is a prime example. I made a card but it's so-so as far as I'm concerned.
Some colored pencils from Paper Smooches, stamped and clear embossed, make up the main part of the card with a sentiment from HA.
I'm trying to catch up with all the emails from blogs I follow but it may be a hopeless task. They come in faster than I can comment. That's a good thing because it means you are all having a wonderful time creating card masterpieces. But it also means that letting you know how much I enjoy your creativity may be an overwhelming task. I'll keep plugging away though.

This is a great take on the sketch! Love that you embossed the pencils too. Far from so-so!!
Fabulous card!
Pencils are perfect for this sketch! Thanks for joining us at CAS(E) This Sketch!
Yep, Bobby ... so so CUTE!!! I'm so happy you've joined us at CTS! Happier yet that we have our play date planned!!

Don't worry about catching up, Bobby. Just pick a spot and go from there. We totally get how life and it's ups and downs go. The pencils were a brilliant idea for this sketch. Love those primary colors too!! Sweet card. Thinking of you. Bev
Oh, I love the coloured pencils! Super sweet take on the sketch!
Perfect use of the sketch, Bobby! Love those primary colored pencils!
I think this is a fantastic design Bobby. Great take on the sketch. I'm with you about commenting ... I'm always behind. And never seem to be able to catch up. :) But I don't want to miss anything, so try to get to everyone eventually. :) xx
This is more than just "so-so", Bobby! I love that you used primary colors for the pencils. Great take on the sketch!
Nothing 'so-so' about this, Bobby! I think your trio of pencils are charming; what better image for 'just a note'! As for catching up: just start anew! No need to add more stress; we know life takes its course...
Hugs~c
So cool and crisp, Bobby ... great choice of primary colours for those shiny pencils! Being behind ... yep, I'm in the same boat ... can't comment on everything, much as I'd like to ... so allowed myself to let go a little ... it's very liberating! Hugs, Anita :)
