Merry Monday #198, Muse #159 and CASology #191

I have three cards ready for last minute deadlines and so they will all be on this one post.  First up is Merry Monday.
We were to base our card on a Christmas carol and I used a PB stamp embossed in gold, with Silent Night as my sentiment.  The gold mat is some packaging I saved from my husband's cologne.

Next is Muse and the inspiration from Jenni Murray.
I went with the poppy matted in black of her lovely card.
Mine is from Sheena Douglas, colored with Inktense pencils. A sentiment from PB and a few spatters finishes it off.

Last up is my card for CASology whose cue word is 'washi'.  I'm not much of a washi person but I did win a roll along with some other items a while ago. I worked my card around it.
The washi has gold stripes so I added a gold word die and then thought it needed a little something else.  I ended up cutting a CF die from vellum and coloring on the back to tie in the washi colors. That green cs has a lovely sheen to it.

That's it from me today.  Thanks for dropping by and have a great weekend.

Three lovelies, Bobby! Such a lovely Christmas card; way to go with saving the cologne packaging and transforming it into a gorgeous frame. Your MUSE card: so pretty! Your washi-themed card: WOW! Delicate and pretty with the green/gold. I have no 'showable' washi; only stuff I use for tacking things down...may have to change that...

Wonderful trio of cards Bobby. They are all lovely. I cannot believe you only have one roll of Washi--you must have incredible shopping discipline. Love how you used it on your CASology card this week. Thanks so much for playing along.

All three are awesome Bobby. I especially like your washi card. I have a few washi tapes, but whenever I use them, they just look wrong. :) I'm washi-tape-challenged. :) I LOVE the gold stripes on the coloured card stock. And your vellum die-cut in the corner is just perfect to balance the card. xx

Bobby, these three cards are lovely! While you say you aren't a washi person (me neither), I really love what you've done with it on that sympathy card! Such a subtle, elegant addition on that pistachio coloured cardstock. Very pretty! Thank you for joining us this week at CASology!

Gorgeous creations! Your Christmas card is gorgeous in all of that gold! I also am not big on washi tape. I use it for taping dies down when running through my Cuttlebug :S Thanks so much for playing along with us at Merry Monday.

Love all your cards Bobby - like you I don't use washi tape often but having seen your card I have been inspired to use it.

All three cards are wonderful! Love the cute PB stamp; great CASE on those poppies; and I love your washi and the die cut flowers that you tied in, as well.
