Colour Q #351
I had an immediate idea for a card for Colour Q so even though I'm extremely busy I had to make a card.
I say that but you must know this is my third try. I knew I wanted the gold feathers with the colors in the background but inking and watercoloring didn't work so I used this PTI Panel to highlight the different colors of cardstock with a CB feather in three, the sentiment and gold paper in the other two.

OMG!...these look like thread embroidery. On the first go I thought the same, until I read the details.
