It's been so long since I made a card I wasn't sure I remembered how. *_* Yes, you've seen cards on my blog but those were scheduled long ago. Now I'm posting one for this week's CAS(E) This Sketch which ends in the morning.
The stamp from WPlus9 is colored with Zigs. I love the little goldfinches that gather at my feeder in the spring so I decided to color him that way even though I believe the image to be a chickadee. He's looking a little green and the color variation of the yellow isn't showing up well so maybe that wasn't a good choice.
It felt good to get a couple of cards made but I'm heading back up to the lake tomorrow or Friday so I won't have time to do many more. Maybe things will settle down soon.
I'm glad you dropped by.

Gallery catch-up in reverse, so I'm glad I caught you 'at home' for the moment! Your finch, from what I see, is a lovely yellow...no tinge of green in the least! Fabulous take on the sketch! Hope things will ease for you soon...
Hugs galore~c
Isn't it nice to create again after a hiatus, and you haven't even missed a beat. Your card is glorious Bobby!
I like the little bit of soft blue behind your pretty little bird! This is wonderful Bobby. Enjoy your time at the lake, summer is going too fast!
Good to see you back 'live' and well Bobby!

You've created a darling version of Mr. Goldfinch! Let's just say he's wearing a beret! Sweet little card, Bobby. Now enjoy that cottage, and don't work so hard!

I swear I've seen this little fella flit around my neighborhood! I think you've captured his colors perfectly, too. What a sweet, sweet card Bobby. And that sentiment is just right. It's something we all need to remember. This is just lovely. Bev
