Just Us GIrls #364

Good morning.  It's trend week at Just Us Girls and Sue has picked pineapples.  You see them everywhere.
I thought I was going to have to pass on this one until I found a little pineapple in my MFT Polynesian Paradise set.

I stamped them all over some Bristol board and colored them with Zigs. Pineapples are a sign of hospitality so I used that sentiment from the set and white embossed it on a leftover cut from the TV set I used here.

Won't you join our Guest Designer Jaydee and the rest of the Design Team by making a pineapple card?  Go to Just Us Girls to see what they've made to inspire you and then link your card to the gallery.  You may be chosen Chic of the Week with a chance to be a guest designer in December.

  3. I had the same reaction as you, Bobby. I didn't think I had a pineapple image anywhere until I remembered a stamp set I got a long time ago and never got inky. I love what yu have done with your pineapples, very pretty. Your card is just simply wonderful!

  5. Funny how a few of us thought we didn't have any pineapples in our collections, but ended up finding them! What this means is that we have too many stamps! LOL! Lovely card and sentiment!

  11. Bobby the repetition of pineapples is fabulous and the fact that you used black cardstock for your sentiment really pops it off the page. Great layout and a perfect take on the challenge. Thanks for having me along as guest designer this month
