I played around the other day with liquid colors for a card for the CAS Mix-Up challenge and things kind of fell apart so I'm going with a background I made a while ago for a marbling challenge.
I used liquid food coloring and shaving foam to do my marbling and this is probably one of the last few because the colors are pretty well mixed together. I think it looks like a stormy sky - perfect for a sympathy card. I added a TH wildflower die cut ( my choice) in chocolate and a sentiment stamped to match from CF.
Thanks for dropping by.

Hi Bobby, you did a great job creating that pretty marbling with the shaving foam, I agree it does look like a stormy sky and makes a perfect background for your die cut. Thank you for visiting my blog and for your lovely comment. Hope you have a lovely weekend. Sue
The marbling looks amazing! I've still not tried this technique but it's on my growing list 'to do' lol. Great choice of flower too for a sympathy design!
A beautiful marbled background, Bobby! It does look like a stormy or windy sky! Love the silhouetted wildflowers with it! I'm curious about what you were trying that didn't work. Thanks so much for sharing this with us at CAS Mix Up!
This really is striking! The stormy sky background looks fabulous! I never would have guessed that it started as shaving cream!!
What a cool card Bobby!
Your marbled background is gorgeous Bobby. It really does look like a stormy sky which is perfect for a sympathy card. Love that you've used dark brown for the die-cut and stamped sentiment ... looks amazing with the marbled colours. Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Mix Up! xx

Wonderful background for the simple die cut! You've made a perfect CAS sympathy card. Thanks for taking part in CAS Mix Up.
That is a lovely marbled background, Bobby ... the silhouettes in the foreground are so dramatic against it. Perfect for a sympathy card! Hugs, Anita :)
An eye-catching, stormy sky background that, in an interesting way, has the quality of being soothing. So pretty, especially for a sympathy card!
Hugs~c
