I'm trying to keep up with Merry Monday and I think I've made a card almost every week. This week they have a color challenge - turquoise, purple and green.
I thought those colors called for a rather funky tree so I used this one from N&T, stamping it with Altenew inks. I just had to use the sentiment that came with the set.
My next card is for Muse:Christmas Visions. The muse is Kimberly Weiner and more than being inspired I actually CASEd her card. Here's Kimberly's:
And mine:
I switched out kraft for her blue and pine cones for her birds, adding a glitter word die from TH. If I keep this up I should have enough cards to mail by Christmas.
I'm so excited. Our former bell choir director is in town and we got the gang together to play tomorrow (Sunday). I just got back from rehearsal and I didn't realize how much I missed it.
Thanks for dropping by. I hope your weekend is going well.

Those are two awesome Christmas cards! Love those funky colors on your first card! That wreath is so beautiful and the glittery gold sentiment inside makes it shine! Thanks so much for playing along with us at MCV!
This is just the most adorable Christmas tree ever...so in love with those fabulous and fun colors.
Wonderful cards, Thank you for playing along with Merry Monday.
OMG, did I know that you play in a bell choir? My mom leads a bell choir! Do you go to the international music camp on the MN/Manitoba border? (I think that's where it is). So funny if you know my mom! Back to the card - love the wreath on the kraft background. Thanks so much for joining us at MCV this week!
Two fantastic Christmas cards. Love that funky tree done in turquoise, purple and green. Awesome colours ... and perfect for the tree you've used. And your CASE of Kimberly's wreath is beautiful. Great job.
OK, so I didn't know what a bell choir was so I googled and just watched a youtube video of a performance. So cool!! You are multi-talented, my friend. Still waiting to see pics of your acrylic paintings on your blog. You need to share ... they are amazing! xx
Two gorgeous cards Bobby
