I never thought I was going to get this posted today. My computer decided to go crazy on me - or maybe it was lazy. It didn't want to let me access my photos. Then on the restart it wouldn't finish loading. I figured it out somehow but it scares the bejeezus out of me when that stuff happens. I only know enough to be dangerous. ;)
Now that I'm up and running I can show you the card I made for
CAS(E) This Sketch.
This is one of those hard-to-photograph shiny cards. I think Michele gave me these gold on kraft papers and I thought they would make a nice masculine card. I cut them down and mounted them on some PTI Fine Linen paper. For the sentiment I gold embossed one from SSS on some old kraft paper I had. I thought it looked like the same color as the background but it wasn't quite red enough and it didn't stand out so I blended on some Vintage Photo DI. I have a couple other photos to give you a better idea - maybe.
What is going on today? I had trouble with blogger too. I added these cards separately and I ended up with a long, long, long blank space between them and the rest of the post. I solved that problem by making a PicMonkey collage but I shouldn't have had to. Someone is testing me today. Grrr.
I'm almost caught up in commenting but so far behind in making cards. There are so many challenges and great inspiration out there and I haven't had much time to get crafty. It's supposed to rain for the next couple of days so if I can get the mojo flowing and the testing stops, I'll be back with some new creations.

Sounds like you've had a trying time Bobby, my goodness! YES Blogger has done goofy stuff like that to me too. Or a picture will mysteriously disappear LOL, what's up with that!! Anyway, love all of the shimmer here today, just fabulous!

Boy I sure know what you mean about being scared when your computer acts up. We are so dependent on them. Mine's acting up right now too and it needs to be fixed. I really love this card....the rustic kraft with the shiny gold makes it amazing. This is getting pinned! Well done!
