CUTplorations January Challenge.

I won some stencils recently from STAMPlorations and thought I would use one to make a card for the CUTplorations challenge featuring this photo.
You can use any STAMPlorations product a long as you also have a die cut.  This is a little out-of-the-box.
I used DOXs to ink up my stencil in the photo colors and added the SSS sentiment that I layered on fun foam.  I liked that the die cut lines were similar in size to the stencil lines but maybe they tie in too well.  It does make a funky festive birthday card though.

I'm glad you dropped by.

  1. Artsy fartsy fun, Bobby! I like how your inking reflects the color distribution in the inspiration photo. Thanks so much for joining the fun with us at CUTplorations this month!

  2. I love that background....it is a great abstract take on the inspiration photo! Using the foam behind the sentiment gives it just the right dimension against the pattern.
