Happy Little Stampers Christmas - May

I can't believe it's May already and time for a new challenge at Happy Little Stampers Christmas.  This time the challenge is Anything Goes with the option of stars.

I went with the option.
The stars are from CPD and were heat embossed in white.  I tore a piece of copy paper for a mask at the bottom and inked a night sky with Distress Inks, then used the paper to make a few drifts in the snow.  Santa (from the same CPD set) and the sentiment from EbyE were stamped in Onyx Black.

The HLS Design Team has some wonderful cards for you to see.  Why not check them out and then make a card for the gallery.  You may win a $20 GC from HLS.

  1. A beautiful star filled winter sky, Bobby! Looks like Santa will have a smooth flight!

  2. this is so fun, love your sky with the stars and santa and sleigh

  3. Gorgeous blended sky, Bobby ... the stars almost twinkle in it ... a lovely spot for Santa to scoot across! Hugs, Anita :)

  4. Wow - I really love your soft snow backs Bobby and how you have Santa flying into the starry sky! Gorgeous.

  5. How beautiful your starry, starry night, Bobby...perfect for Santa and his reindeer to fly through as they deliver their gifts!

  6. Beautiful, love the design and your starry night. Really love the santa and sleigh but need to know who the company is. Don't recognise CPD and I really need that sleigh. I have been looking for so long now. Perfect size.

  7. Oh my goodness, Bobby. This is just so wonderful. I love your star filled sky, and I love the way you gave the hills some definition with shading. Fantastic card. I took a stroll through your blog to get here. Such wonderful work. I am off to try that lifting technique with the DO inks... thanks for the inspiration!

  8. Looking at your card, I start to miss Christmas and Christmas ... And I do not like winter! A great winter scene. The outline of the Santa team looks very mysterious against the background of your beautiful sky.
