CAS(E) This Sketch #278

Talk about serendipity!!  I was bemoaning the fact that I wouldn't be able to play at CAS(E) This Sketch this week because I'm leaving for the lake without any crafting tools.  I looked up and what was sitting on my desk but the perfect images just waiting for this challenge.  I had played around with the Altenew Morning Glory set when I first got it and never made it into a card.
My sympathy file is depleted so I added the sentiment from PTI embossed on some gray that matched the PTI stenciled background - Smoke I think.  Like I said. I did this a while ago. ;)

Have to get packing.  Thanks for dropping by.

It's great to have bits like this handy, Bobby! Those morning glories are gorgeous. And they looks so pretty with the soft gray stenciled background that looks like lattice. Great interpretation of the sketch! Have fun at the lake! xx

So. No crafting at the lake, Bobby? Not even some images to color stuck inside a sock?! I love your story of how serendipical this design was! It's gorgeous and perfect for CTS! FYI, it will also work for LIM since you used something you had set aside and made a while ago! Whoot! Have a wonderful summer at the lake! Hugs, Darnell
