CASology #304

My card for CASology is more about a technique than an image.  Their cue word for this week is "pearl"  and so I made my card using the faux pearl technique.
I dabbed white pearl acrylic paint onto my cardstock and when it was dry I added Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide.  When I went looking for a sentiment, I found the weeds already cut from pearl vellum with my CASual Fridays stamp.  Here's another photo so you can see the pearl shine.
Thanks for dropping by.

It was so clever of you to use the faux pearl technique for your background, Bobby...the effect is beautiful! I also love that your weeds were cut with pearl vellum...such a stunning card!

So very pearly and pretty, too! Pearl vellum? Where has this been hiding?
