CAS Watercolor - October

Congratulations to CAS Watercolor on their 2nd Birthday.  My how time flies.  I couldn't miss the chance to play on this special occasion.

I struggle with color challenges.  This is not my best work, which I shouldn't admit, because it's already in the mail to someone special.  Recipe: a popped up PTI frame, PB die colored with Distress Inks that were also used for the background.

Thanks for dropping by.

This is beautiful Bobby! I LOVE your soft background and the pop of the orange blooms. So pretty. All framed up in brown to give it some contrast. Wonderful design! Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Watercolour! xx

I agree with Loll Bobby...your card is beautiful!! Love the soft background against your gorgeous blooms and the contrast of the brown frame really ties the whole card together! We're our own worst critics sometimes, aren't we?! Thanks so much for sharing this beauty with us at CAS Watercolour!! :0)

Look who I found in the gallery!! NEVER pick on your own abilities, Bobby! Not one of us saw anything but beauty, and kindness, in this pretty card in all the perfect colors for the challenge!

You're being too hard on yourself - I think it's a lovely card. Beautiful flowers against the soft background, and great framing. Thanks for joining us at CAS Watercolour.

Actually I think it's lovely, Bobby ... the delicate bloom is such a wonderful contrast to the bold frame ... and that background is positively dreamy! Hugs, Anita :)
