The Flower Challenge #34

I've been encouraged by all the wonderful entries into The Flower Challenge.  It's time for another one and this one features

I've seen some gorgeous irises blooming lately
so I thought I'd put some on my card.
The stamp is from Altenew and I colored them with Distress Inks.  It took  me longer to arrange them than to color them.  I also added some color to the background and a sentiment from another Altenew set.

The Design Team  and our guest designer Michelle Lupton have some wonderful pastel cards to inspire you.  And if that's not enough, we have Uniko as our sponsor this month. Bev will award the winner any stamp set in stock.

Will we see your lovely pastels in our gallery?  I hope so.

Beautiful and softly coloured irises, Bobby. I know what you mean about it taking longer to arrange them on the card than to colour. :) Your design is so pretty. Love the softly sponged background. xx

This turned out beautifully, Bobby. Those irises are amazing! And you've colored and arranged them just right, in my book. The lightly colored background is perfect behind them, too. Such a lovely card! Happy 4th! Bev
