AAA Cards #173 and Color Throwdown #609

When I saw the sketch for AAA Cards, I thought it would be perfect for the swinking technique that I saw Ardyth do.  I chose the colors so I could also enter the challenge at Color Throwdown.

I think I was a little heavy handed (this was my third try) but I still like the looks and the technique.  A little Weekend Doodles flower watercolored with the same Altenew ink I used to swink and a sentiment from HA finish it off.

Thanks for dropping by  I hope you give swinking a try

This has kind of a fun grunge look about it! Terrific card Bobby!

Swinking. Now that's a new one, but looks intriguing! I'll have to give it a try. It's a great way to use these colors!

Never heard of "swinking" but your background is cool looking and works great with your flower stamp. I like the layout too.

The way I look at it, Bobby, is this: add that doodled sprig of blooms to any background and you've got a winner! Just love those sweet little blooms - such a fun card!

That swinking is so cool and graphic, Bobby ... such a fabulous contrast with that sweet, whimsical little floral sprig! Hugs, Anita :)
