You know how crafty friends share things. Last week my friend Michele made some cards from patterned paper that she saw in a video that was highlighted on Leslie Miller's blog post. You can click the links to see the video and the cards that Michele and Leslie made. I decided to try it too.
The way you cut the paper gives you enough for a second card.
Thanks for dropping by. I hope you give this fun card a try. It's a good way to use up some of that patterned paper you are hoarding. 😉

I love stuff like this and will be trying the technique. Thanks for the links. I love your choice of patterned papers, this card is really, REALLY pretty!!!
Pretty cards. You did great matching up the papers. I like the 2nd card with the kraft frames best. TFS
It looks just as pretty without the space between the diagonals Bobby, and I absolutely LOVE the dsp you used!! Both of your cards are so perfect for sympathy cards, and now you have a couple when you need them! Well done!! Hugs. :0)
Beautiful in black and white!
I just love that paper, Bobby!! The leaf and design of that Adore you set was just the ticket!
I'd love to know more about that Paper Rose collection when you have a moment to spare!

Two pretty cards to send your sympathies, Bobby!
Simple cuts (ha!) make for wonderful cards! Love your pp too, Bobby
What pretty paper for this technique, Bobby! The pairing with the kraft works beautifully and I love how you've added the sentiment with the little leaf on top!
