Just Us Girls # 818 - Word Week

Are you ready for this?  Ina has a word and technique for this next challenge at Just Us Girls.

I saw a card on Pinterest with no name attached so I can't give credit but I was inspired by that card.

I liked that the card was sliced in half rather than a circle or square cut around the image.  I used an older stamp from C9 called Hello Lovely and colored it with Zigs. I went searching for a long enough sentiment to fill the black cardstock strip that conects the two parts (yes I cut it in half rather than mask it off) and found this one from Hero Arts.

I can't wait to see how you are inspired to create a spotlight card.  I hope you'll join me along with our guest and the rest of the Design Team for this fun challenge.

Unique! I love that you used the "half" method instead of the circle or square to make the spotlight. Pretty colors and pretty flowers are always the way to go
