This is Amy Wanford's card and the inspiration for the Time Out challenge. I took it and turned it on it's head.
The stamp set is part of my new one from Penny Black, embossed in silver. I used my silver pen to fill in the star and instruments with a little Distress Ink for the hair and faces. The panel is mounted on a layer of light blue glitter, which doesn't show up much in the photo, but lets me also enter this into the Just Us Girls challenge - Sparkle.
