I was intrigued by the technique at Group of Seven Cardmakers and thought I'd give it a try. There are a number of things to consider when making a card with this technique so it was definitely a learning experience.
I guess I didn't learn the lesson but I wanted to use this stencil set. For this card I cut a mask from Spellbinder's Notched Corner Frames, added it to the card base and stenciled all the veggies from Concord & 9th. It was still too open so I inked around the edges with Pink Sand the same color as the mushrooms, which is not a bad look if you only have open image stencils. The sentiment is from Honey Bee.
