This is another "monarch" card using Stretch Your Imagination cartridge. The white cardstock is cut 7" x 7" and scored at 3 1/2. The navy layer 6 3/4 by 3 1/4 and the confetti layer 6 1/2 by 3. I used Design Studio to plan it all out and only used parts of the layers. I did't like the yellow stand running under the navy so I cut it off. The finishing touch is sparkles on the flames.
