Water Doodling

Sounds like something you would have fun doing at the lake this summer, doesn't it?  But no, it's a combination of two challenges.  Less is More is asking for a one layer card with doodling on it.
The Paper Players wants a watercolor card.  I'm not a stamper so the only thing I knew to do was doodle my own picture and watercolor it.

I actually rather liked this.  Sometimes I think my doodles look pretty good on a small scale but  never look as good in a bigger picture.  I just used my fine point Identi-pen to draw the flowers, the bee and the flight line.  Then I filled in parts of the picture with regular art watercolor paint.  I ended up inking around the edges with Tattered Rose Distress Ink.  I must say it was quick and easy.  I will definitely try this again.
