Color Challenge

This week CAS-ual Fridays has a color challenge for us - navy, aqua and lime.  I'm actually looking for a blouse in those colors but haven't found one yet..  But I digress.  Here's my card.

I made two layered circles with three colors each.  I cut the circles into quarters and then put them back together alternating the sections, which means I actually have two cards that look like this.  (wink)   It looks like the sections without polka dots are popped up but it's an optical illusion.

I got this inspiration from two sources:  one from DT member Laurie (see her card on the link above), and one from a quilt pattern that I plan to make.  The quilt will definitely take longer to make than the card and will involve a lot more colors but will be fun to do.  I just love working with color!
