Muse: Christmas Visions #36

When I first saw Cornelia's beautiful card for Muse: Christmas Visions this week I wasn't sure I'd be able to play along.
I didn't think I had stamps or dies that I could use.  I knew I had a stamp from PB that showed a town but it was an outline stamp and I didn't know how that would work.  Then I realized I could stamp it and use it as a template to cut out of black cs.
The panel is cut with a Sugar Pea stitched rectangle that was the exact size of the scene.  I stamped and embossed the star and then inked away to make the background. The town is mounted on foam tape which accounts for the shadows in the photo.

I'm so proud of myself for keeping us with the Christmas card challenges. How about you?  Will yours be done by years end?
