CAS(E) This Sketch #174

It's time for my CAS(E) This Sketch post.  I love this challenge because it stretches my creativity, making me think outside the box.
I used my WPlus9 ink tube and 'blobs', interspersing the words that come in the set for a sentiment. It wasn't quite right. It needed something else.  I know - a striped mat!  I didn't have any striped paper so I made my own using a SSS diagonal stencil and my Zigs in rainbow order.

Here's the sketch I based my card on.
I can't wait to see what they challenge me with next week. ;)

So bright and fun! I love that you made your own rainbow background paper too! It looks fabulous!

Thanks for your comment on my "You nailed it!" card. I used the "stitching" around my circle (I used a stitched circle die to cut it out) as a guide while doing my stamping. As it's perfectly round, once I had the clear stamp curved on my block, I just kept it as it was and it worked all around the circle. I hope that makes sense!!

It's nice to hear that someone has used all their patterned paper, Bobby =] =] LOve your self-made stripes - how could you bear to cover it?!! With an adorable little palette, that's how! We love seeing your creative mind at work in our little CTS gallery!
