Wow! Judy gave us a doozy of a photo for this week's challenge at Just Us Girls.
It took me a long time to think of something to do. After some trial and error that just wouldn't do, I spotted the new die on my desk that was a gift from Michele. I thought it would work if I could find just the right paper. I took a while but I did it!
This is thinking outside the box (not an easy task for me) but I thought the brown borders looked like the brown branch (?) in the photo and my patterned paper has similar colors in a little print. The sentiment is computer generated. I just wish I'd though to emboss the quilt before putting it on my card front.
I hope this will inspire you to make a card for the challenge. As you can see, anything is possible when you look at it differently. You may also find inspiration in the cards that the Design Team and guest designer Karola have made. Remember you may be chosen Chic of the Week and become a guest designer yourself.
