Stamplorations CAS January and CAS Stencil Challenge

I was playing around with my stencils thinking this card would be for the CAS Stencil Challenge but when I was part way through I thought the color would also work for the twist at the Stamplorations CAS Challenge.

After taping off the edges, I inked through the TH stencil with Wilted Violet Distress Ink and then to add an accent I went over the diamond shapes with Seedless Preserves.  It's not really what I call burgundy but close enough that I used the same ink on the Stamplorations birthday die, double heat embossed it with clear and shadowed it with a black cut.

I'm glad you decided to drop by.  I appreciate the time you take to visit and leave a comment.

Very creative with adding the two shades of purple for your sponged and stenciled background Bobby. Very pretty panel. Adding the clear embossing and shadow to the Birthday die-cut really makes it stand out. Great details! Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Stencil! xx
