When I think of twinkle, besides stars that is, I think of Christmas lights and that's what I did for my card.
I used a set from Lawn Fawn, coloring them with Distress Inks and coating them with UTEE. The tops and string are silver foil and the sentiment is from N&T.
Let's go see what the Design Team did. Did they use the twist? Will you?
There's a little stone house near us that decorates with these big old fashioned bulbs every year! Thanks for the memory Bobby, this is cute!

Your bulbs are well painted. They look exactly as if they were made of glass. Perfect depth and gloss illusion. A perfect card to inspire us.
