Just Us Girls #559

It's Photo Week at Just Us Girls and this is what our host Nancy has picked to inspire you.

I first noticed the shiplap in the background and then the vase of flowers.  I used them both in my design.
The shiplap is a stencil from Honey Bee that was inked with Frayed Burlap.  The pitcher is from The Greetery and the flowers from Altenew.  I stamped them in Antique Linen and no-line watercolored them.  That's not something I do often or easily but I have a thing stamped only items mixed with black outlined images.  I added a piece of woodgrain paper and used a PolycChromo pencil to make the shading.  The sentiment is from The Ton.

The Design Team and our guest designer Karen Walker hope they inspire you with their cards to join the challenge.  Will we see you in the gallery?

Thanks for dropping by.  I hope you have a wonderful day.

Your 'no line" is beautiful! Great interpretation and I love the shiplap. If I could no-line like this, I wouldn't have black outlines on my watercolors either :o)

I didn't notice the shiplap in the background. Great catch and it looks great on your card. And I shutter when I see no-line coloring! I need to practice that! Beautiful card!
