I decided to use an old book page for my card. I glued it to cardstock for some stability and then cut it with a deckle edge die from HoneyBee. I did some ink blending with Distress Inks, then stamped the MFT wildflower silhouettes. I mounted it on my last piece of this green paper that I love, inking the edges of it too.
The Design Team and our guest designer Chrissie Stokes have done some wonderful recycling and you need to head over there to see what they did. I hope they inspire you to enter a card in our challenge.

Your inking on the book page is so uniform and your flowers so straight! Love this recycled card, Bobby!
I love using book pages on cards. I once bought a paperback dictionary at the dollar store for that particular use. Yours is so pretty. Love the color!
Wow, wonderful use of your page -- the blending, stamping all make a beautiful card
Oh, I like this! The silhouetted flowers look lovely on the recycled book page. Fabulous card, Bobby!
Beautiful inking on that old book page and the card base edges! I love how you stamped those beautiful silhouette flowers and sentiment on it. Nice recycling!
Silhouette flowers were a perfect addition to that page, Bobby! This is a perfect sympathy card!
This made for a beautiful sympathy card -- can never go wrong with a page ;)
Beautiful sympathy card, Bobby; the page from a book makes for a lovely background.
