Freshly Made Sketches #644 and Can You Handle the Pressure?

Would  you believe that I didn't bring any patterned paper with me to the lake?  Kim's sketch at Freshly Made Sketches was perfect for some but I had to go in a different direction.

The panel was masked and inked with Peacock Feathers Distress Ink, using varying pressure to get the stripes.  It was then embossed with the Castaway folder from Spellbinders.  This was made to show off the Lures from Honey Bee, cut from scraps of colored paper, with the hooks cut from black foil cardstock from C9.  I didn't bring my sentiments that go with the lures so that will have to go on later.

Can You Handle the Pressure? has the option of stripes so I'm sending my card to them too, although you don't have to use the option, only an embossing folder.
