In the summer of 2017 a challenge called CAS Mix-Up was in full swing (unfortunately it closed) and their technique was to use tissue paper. Here is a link to Loll's video. I made a card for that challenge but had this background left over in my Bits Box. I trimmed it down and added to a Soft Stone card base. The same color was used for the SSS die cut sentiment and part of one from MFT (hugs). The Sketched Heart from SSS was cut from white foil from Concord and 9th.

Lovely card with all that texture. It is great that you had that piece in your bits box as it made such a pretty background for the die cut heart and sentiment. I remember that technique also.
