It's been a while since I entered the Altenew Inspiration Challenge. Hannelie has a beautiful inspiration photo and although I didn't use a butterfly on my card, I did use the colors suggested.
The starting point for my card was the Leaf Frame Cover Die, cut from white and colored with Firefly ink. After inking the edges of the Ivory card base with Vanilla Cream, the frame was attached. Now for the focal point. I knew I wanted to use the smaller flowers from the Fresh Flowers die set. They are cut from white and colored with Eastern Sky and Ultramarine with Vanilla Cream for the centers. Then I needed something to put them on. Houseplants to the rescue. The leaves of one of the dies was similar to the frame and with a little surgery I had the perfect place for the flowers to grow.

Bobby, this is so beautiful! I love the colors, the sweet flowers and the frame is quite pretty
Beautifully colored, Bobby! These little blooms are just the right size for this leafy frame - and the leaves are very similar!
