That's right. Time Out is 12 years old. You can read about its start on the blog. For this challenge we welcome Stef Perry as our muse and she has created a card for all of us to CASE.
Stef does a beautiful job of coloring flowers and while she used alcohol markers for hers, I went with a different medium.

Beautiful CASE, Bobby! I love the embossing, but your gentle fade instead of harsh stenciled lines is what captured my heart! Don't get me wrong, I love layered stencils but I tend to go light so I don't have a distinctive line and you MASTERED that! Beautiful
