Krafty Chicks #837

I've been trying to get more Christmas cards made and did one last month that I'm sending to Krafty Chicks for their Christmas challenge.

The jolly old elf is Santa Greetings from Tim Holtz. Instead of the letters that came with the die set, I used the ones from Simon Hurley's Mantle Decorations because they were smaller.  I used the letters that punch out of the banner instead of the banner pieces themselves and that was fun trying to remove the double-sided adhesive from those tiny little pieces.  The background paper is from a pack by The Paper Studio.

Thanks for dropping by and spending a bit of your day with me.

I admire your 'stick to it-ness' in more ways than one today, Bobby! I'm not even sure my readers could have helped me with those itty-bitty letters!
I love this jolly old elf!

What a sweet, sweet card Bobby! I love that Santa image and he looks wonderful against that DSP! Great job with all those fussy little pieces for the banner too...you have more patience than I do for sure!! Hugs. :0)

Jolly ol' guy, isn't he? Or is he merry? Either way, cute card and congrats on those fussy little letters -- intricate stuff like that can be tough.

Love your Santa!! And great idea to use the mantel banner ... but I can imagine how small these pieces are to deal with. Seems like a lot of the larger die sets these days are filled with small pieces. I usually loose at least one during assembly. :) Santa looks great with the Christmas decorations background. xx
