It took some experimentation to get it the way I wanted but it looks pretty much how I saw it in my mind.
Using the Queen Anne's Lace from the Green Meadows stamp set by PTI, I stamped them in Faded Jeans Distress Ink. I embossed the lace for 3 of the flowers with white embossing powder and covered the entire panel with Broken China Distress Ink. The sentiment is from Hero Arts stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black.
