Time Out #158

I love serendipity.  I made a card for the last Time Out challenge but didn't get it posted on time.  I made another card for one of my Design Teams and then knew it wasn't CAS at all. What I was thinking when I made it I don't know.  lol   But it just happened to be perfect for the new Time Out challenge - use purple in honor of Epilepsy Awareness.

I wanted to try a technique that Jennifer McGuire used here and started with the Altenew 'Remember This' flower on the right.  I loved it so much I did it with 'Beautiful Day' and 'Garden Treasure' and on the leaves.  I mounted them on a Fog panel that was stamped with the Dainty Swiss background in Fog ink.  The sentiment is from PB.  The twist at Time Out is friendship and I usually go with that but since this was already done I couldn't change it.

Freshly Made Sketches #424

Even though it's cold outside, the sun is shining and it makes me think Spring.  Spring means Easter and since I need a number of Easter cards for our church homebound,  Freshly Made Sketches provided great inspiration.

There is a daffodil and dotted background stamp from Altenew, a sentiment from PTI and Key Lime cardstock from GinaK, all based on this sketch.
