Thanks for dropping by and spending a bit of your day with me.
Even though Donna's sketch at Freshly Made Sketches had color, I went with a black and white theme.
It's time for a clean and simple card at Just Us Girls and Lisa E has chosen silhouette as our theme.
I'm back in my crafting studio and raring to go. I have so many ideas that my desk is covered with bits and pieces of unfinished cards and stamp sets. I did finish one for AAA Cards that will be expiring shortly.
I hope to be posting more regularly now so please come back to see what I'm up to.
I made a card for a challenge when I saw that I hadn't followed the prompt correctly. Not to worry. I made another card based on it and had my entries into the Twofer Challenge.
For the blue card I taped off a strip along the side, inked it with Twisted Citron, Weathered Wood and Faded Jeans Distress Inks and stamped the flower from MFT's silhouettes. The sentiment is from PB Snippets. The other card used Scattered Straw, Abandoned Coral and Dusty Concord Distress Inks. I stamped the bottom with a PB background stamp and then added the flowers. I thought the sentiment from The Ton was a little play on words considering the bird on the branch. The occasions are not that different but I took them from the sidebar of the blog.
